white people and non-black people of color

if you attend a NMOS vigil today, be respectful of the space. your presence there is to support and witness the grieving of the black people who live these pains every day of their lives. here are some things to do:

Please!!! I encourage anyone who follows me or sees this to sign this petition. My city is under a lot of distress right now for this wrongful doing. Here is the link to sign the petition… https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/mike-brown-law-requires-all-state-county-and-local-police-wear-camera/8tlS5czf

see this makes more sense, change.org wouldn’t do shit but here the government HAS to look at it

Cops have been put on notice: Let the cameras roll.

Camera-shy cops across the city were reminded they can’t legally take action to stop someone from filming them while they’re on the beat, the Daily News has learned. The refresher was provided in a memo the chief of department’s office distributed to all police commands Wednesday.

“Members of the public are legally allowed to record police interactions,” the memo states. “Intentional interference such as blocking or obstructing cameras or ordering the person to cease constitutes censorship and also violates the First Amendment.”

Cops can take action if videographers and shutterbugs “interfere with police operations,” the memo notes.

Every time the slaying of a Black person by a White person reaches national headlines, I have to repost this graph.
There is always someone who wants to spit that “black on black crime is the real problem” rhetoric (we’ll get into why “black on black crime” is a fake problem in a second). But here’s the thing. When you want to talk about crime and punishment. Black people who are charged of killing other Black people actually face justice. White people who kill black people not only don’t go to prison, the killing is found justifiable at an unbelievably disproportionate rate.
Remember when they said Trayvon looked suspicious in that hoodie? They said Amadou Diallo looked like he had a gun. They said Renisha Mcbride was drunk. Not only are the killings found justifiable in court, the court of public opinion puts these dead black men and women on trial for their own murder.
But about “black on black crime”… Crime is largely about proximity and opportunity. People commit crimes in familiar areas at times that are convenient for them. That is the nature of crime. It’s no secret that people like to live in communities with people who look like them, people who speak their language, people who share their race and ethnicity (example: places like Chinatown, Little Italy, Spanish Harlem, etc.)
Therefore, most crimes against Asians are committed by other Asians. Most crimes against White people are committed by other White people. Most crimes agains Black people are committed by… you guessed it! OTHER BLACK PEOPLE!
"Black on Black crime" is a made up, fictional, false, "problem" used to  shift the focus away from White people who get away with killing Black people EVERYDAY.
Stay fully woke.
